One is near the town cemetery while the other two are on higher elevation along the Route de Villiers. The vines on average are now forty years old. The grapes are not destemmed and the extractions are light with manual punchdowns and some pumping over. The wine is aged for fourteen to sixteen months entirely in barrel, only
