2024 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Clos de la Boutiere, Maranges Premier Cru, France Sottoilnoce and has been meticulously farmedSourced from ~1 ha of 5565yearold Pinot Noir vines in the walled Clos de la Boutire climat on clay limestone soils. Hand harvested and vinified with native yeasts, the wine sees ~30% whole clusters, gentle pigeage, and ~15 days maceration. Its aged 18 months in French oak (25% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
