New addition to the Haru (Spring in Japanese) line is the Haru Blanc 2022

The median altitude of the vines are between 400 and 480 meters but the surrounding mountains exceed 2000 meters

Cold air sweeps across the low-lying coastal hills bringing in moisture-laden fog and scents of sea spray

This is a coferment of Chardonnay

The fermentation for this wine takes place in Allier casks which are completely closed and without temperature-control

2023 Domaine des Fauvettes Bourgogne l'Aube a l'Aube Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France Belliviere New addition to the HaruAfter working along side her husband for many years, Maryse Chatelin acquired a small patch of land outside of the small village of Uchizy, Burgundy, where she planted Pinot Noir vines. The small vineyard is remote to the rest of the village and allows a focus on biodiversity. Maryse has a real natural approach to wine making. Wines are aged in old foudres, unfiltered, and nothing at all is added at bottling.
